| 摘 要： | 金融服务外包具有人力密集型和知识密集型特征,大力发展金融服务外包正符合珠三角地区产业转型需要.珠三角地区发展金融服务外包,要明晰其发展优势和劣势,从宏观和微观角度研究选择可行的发展路径,通过制定相应的产业发展规划,积极承接离岸和在岸金融服务外包,选择BPO为突破口,借助与香港毗邻的地理优势,积极发展二级金融服务外包.

| Abstract: | Financial Outsourcing has labor-intensive and knowledge-intensive features,and developing financial outsourcing is in line with the Pearl River Delta industrial restructuring needs.To develop its financial outsourcing industry,the Pearl River Delta Region needs to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of this move,and to study and select the feasible path from macro and micro perspectives.The paper remarks that the region should devise corresponding industrial development plan,undertake offshore and onshore financial services outsourcing,choose BPO as a breakthrough,use the geographic advantage of adjoining Hong Kong,and proactively develop the secondary financial services outsourcing. |
