| 摘 要： | 在国际上,物流业被公认为是继原材料、劳动力之外的"第三利润源泉",是国民经济发展的动脉之一,早在20世纪60年代,美国经济学家彼得.杜克拉就预言,物流业将是各国经济增长的"黑大陆"。眼下物流成本过高,这既是一种市场乱象,又是一种管理乱象和权力乱象,针对物流成本是物流业发展"罪魁祸首"等"七宗观点"进行辩驳,以寻找促使物流业走上可持续发展轨道的对策。

| Abstract: | Internationaly logistics industry is widely regarded as "the third profit source"following raw materials and labor,and is one of the arteries of national economic development.As early as in 1960’s,American economist Peter Drucker forcasted that logistics will be "the black continent" for different countries’ economic development.Currently excessive logistics costs reflect market disruption,administrative disruption and power disruption.This paper targets seven biased views such as blaming logistics costs as the biggest culprit of curbing logistics industry development,in aim to find the countermeasures to facilitate sustainable development of logistics industry. |
