国际经贸环境变化对中俄经贸合作的影响

近些年来,国际经贸环境发生了巨大变化,极大程度影响到了中俄经贸合作,促使双方抱团取暖的心态更加突出,产能装备经贸合作加速加深,两国在金融、跨境电子商务、农产品等多个领域的经贸合作取得了实质性进展。但与此同时,中国在俄罗斯的投资风险进一步加大。应努力提升中俄经贸合作便利化、自由化水平,努力改善中俄经贸合作与投资结构,实现中俄产能全链条合作,加速中俄自贸协定谈判,推动中俄经贸合作持续健康发展。

Impact of changes in international economic and trade environment on Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation

In recent years,the international economic environment has undergone tremendous changes,which has greatly affected the Sino-Russian economic cooperation.It is under this background that both parties give priority to mutual cooperation.Substantial progress has been made in economic and trade cooperation in various fields such as finance,cross-border e-commerce,agricultural products and so on.But at the same time,China’s investment risk in Russia has further increased.Therefore,the paper proposes that efforts should be made to enhance the facilitation and liberalization of Sino-Russian economic cooperation so as to improve Sino-Russian economic cooperation and investment structure,to achieve full-chain cooperation in Sino-Russian production capacity,to accelerate the negotiation of Sino-Russian free trade agreement,and to promote the sustained and healthy development of Sino-Russian economic cooperation.
