国外军工贸易发展经验及其对我国的启示

强大的国防工业对一国国家安全、国际地位、经济发展和科技进步的战略作用不容忽视。发展壮大军工对外贸易,以军贸养军工对促进我国国防工业发展具有重要意义。目前,国际军贸市场由美俄等西方军贸强国与新兴军贸大国主导,大国军贸发展现状影响着国际军贸市场。本文通过总结国外开展军工对外贸易的做法、经验和模式,结合世界主要军贸大国进出口现状,总结我国军工贸易发展现状与特征,分析我国军工贸易发展面临的困难和挑战,从政府和企业两方面提出促进我国先进装备制造业“走出去”实现军贸高质量发展的相关建议。

Foreign Military Industry Trade Development Experience and Its Implications to China

Defense industry plays an essential role in a country’s national security, international status, economic development, and technology progress.Nowadays, the international military market is dominated by the United States, Russia and other western countries.Promoting the export of military trade can enhance national defense industry.By summarizing the development of foreign countries’ military trade practices, experiences and modes, and by analyzing the current status and characteristics of china’s military trade, we explore the difficulties and challenges faced with china’s defense industry and we propose to promote the "going out "policy of china’s advanced equipment manufacturing industry and the high quality development of military trade from aspects of government and enterprises.
