经济贸易互联互通实践:“一带一路”的实施效果评价

“一带一路”倡议致力于加快沿线经济要素跨区域流动,深化沿线国家之间贸易往来,重塑“一带一路”沿线经济版图。本文在互联互通的基础上,筛选了15个“一带一路”沿线国家,并选取了2013—2017年经济贸易数据,采用Data Envelopment Analysis-Malmquist(DEA-Malmquist)指数方法,从区域、松弛量、时空演化等方面对中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的经贸效率进行评价。结果表明:经济贸易效率的提高更多地依赖科技人员和科学技术要素的投入,资源的合理配置效率较低;中国与沿线国家的经济贸易效率总体上呈现“四周高,中间低”的空间格局,经济贸易的效率与各国家投入的资源呈负相关,整体上中国与“一带一路”沿线国家经济贸易实施效率以37%的速度增长。

Connective Power of Economic and Trade Practice: Effect Evaluation of the Belt and Road

The initiative of the Belt and Road is committed to accelerating the trans-regional flow of eco nomic,deepening trade among countries,and reshaping the economic map along the the Belt and Road.Based on interconnection,15 countries along the the Belt and Road is selected in this paper,and chosen the data of economic and trade exchanges from 2013 to 2017.DEA-Malmquist was adopted to deepening evaluation of the economic and trade efficiency from the aspects of region,relaxation quantity and space-time evolution.The results show that:The improvement of economic and trade efficiency depends more on the input of scientific and technological perso nel and scientific and technological elements,but the reasonable allocation efficiency of resources is low;In addi tion,Economic and trade efficiency generally presents a spatial pattern of"High around,low in the middle,,.The efficiency of economic and trade is negatively correlated with the resources invested by various countries,but on the whole,the efficiency of economic and trade implementation between China and countries along the the Belt and Road increases by 37%.
