浙江、江苏、广东三省利用外资质量的比较分析

文章构建了利用外资质量的评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法,对浙江、江苏和广东三省利用外资的质量进行了测度和比较。测度结果显示:总体上看,江苏省利用外资质量最高,广东省其次,浙江省则最低。就规模、结构、增长、效益和潜力五个一级评价指标而言,江苏省利用外资的规模和效益指标高居榜首,广东省利用外资的结构优势明显,浙江省则发展潜力最大。因此,今后浙江省应充分发挥其发展潜力,在继续扩大利用外资规模的基础上,不断优化利用外资结构,提高利用外资效益,以促进利用外资质量的不断提升。

A Comparative Analysis of the Quality of Utilization of Foreign Investment between Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong

This paper establishes an evaluation system to measure the quality of utilization of foreign investment, and applies the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to evaluate and compare it between Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong.
