| 摘 要： | 入世以来,中国服务业加快对外开放,服务业吸引FDI急速增加,并对服务业发展产生重要影响,即溢出效应.为具体检验该溢出效应,文章在对服务业FDI溢出效应进行理论分析基础上,对1997～2005 年中国服务业总体及分行业吸引FDI溢出效应进行实证分析,为中国调整FDI产业流向提供依据.

| Abstract: | Since the WTO entry, the FDI flow into the Chinese Service Industry has increased and has led to an important overspill effect to the industry. In order to test the overflowing effect, the author analyzes the total and sub-sectors of Chinese Service Industry by using the time-series data from 1997 to 2005, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the adjustment of FDI policies. |
