| 摘 要： | CEPA的签订,旨在促进内地和香港特别行政区经济的共同繁荣与发展,减少或取消双方之间的贸易壁垒,逐步实现服务贸易自由化。但迄今为止,CEPA实施的现实效果与预期效果却存在较大差异,文章运用对比方法就CEPA演进对广州商务服务业所起作用进行实证分析,得出结论后提出相应对策建议。
