| 摘 要： | 随着中国与东盟各国经济增长，中国与东盟各国进出口贸易额不断增加；东盟北部地区四国和南部地区六国的对外贸易增长存在显著的差异，北部四国中的越南对外贸易增长较快，南部六国中新加坡对外贸易增长较快；中国与东盟自由贸易区的建立，为中国与东盟之间双边与多边贸易发展创造了广阔的发展前景；中国与东盟双边贸易中面临着贸易不平衡性、农产品贸易摩擦、敏感产品与大宗产品贸易摩擦、区域外部势力不当干预等多方面的风险。

| Abstract: | Based on statistic data and literatures, this paper explores future development prospects and problems of the bilateral trade between China and ASSEAN with the method of empirical analysis.
