After China's mainland and Taiwan have obtained their membership of the WTO, innovations of economic exchanges and cooperation across the Taiwan Straits become vital, for which the WTO provides relevant rules and regulations. The paper holds that the innovations have the prerequisites that the economic activities are detached form politics together with equality, which means to transcend the relevant WTO binding on the basis of following its regulations.
