| 摘 要： | 总体上,就企业社会责任(CSR)的实际表现而言,我国商业银行与国外同行相比,还存在不少差距.我国商业银行社会责任价值观存在某种弱化趋势,这一问题可能会最终影响其市场竞争力和可持续发展.文章探讨了国外商业银行在社会责任方面的良好表现,并结合我国商业银行实际提出了一些改进意见.

| Abstract: | In comparison with their foreign counterparts,China's commercial banks are much weaker to some extent in business performance in terms of social responsibility on account of their social values,which may eventually affect their market competitiveness and sustainable development.The paper,by elaborating some foreign commercial banks'good performance in social responsibility,advances some suggestions for enhancing China's commercial banks'performance in social responsibility on the basis of their own situation. |
