| 摘 要： | 文章利用制造业企业微观数据,运用Levinsohn和Petrin半参数方法估计生产函数,并结合BHC方法和偏额份额的生产率分解方法,分析东中西三大区域内外资的技术进步和资源重新配置在区域制造业生产率变动中的作用。文章发现,东部与西部外资对内资产生的挤出效应大于其溢出效应,中部外资对内资的溢出效应大于其挤出效应,提出了以投入项目对区域内资企业的溢出贡献大小来调整外资地区分布结构和项目结构的建议。

| Abstract: | Employing Levinsohn and Petrin semi-parametric method to estimate the production function with manufacturing firm-level data, and combining with BHC and shift-share approach of productivity decomposition, this paper analyzes the respective contribution of technological progress and resource reallocation of domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises to the change of regional manufacturing productivity in the eastern, central and western regions.
