| 摘 要： | 尽管我国FDI在绝对值上有了很大提升,我国产业结构中仍存在许多不合理的问题。文章运用2005~2008年中国35个工业行业的面板数据,对FDI在中国的水平、前向和后向技术溢出关联效应进行了检验和分析。实证结果表明:FDI的水平关联溢出效应为负,而行业间的垂直关联溢出效应并不显著。这一结论对于外资引导与利用、相关产业政策的制订有着重要的参考价值。
