中国商标遭境外抢注的现状、原因及对策分析

On Status quo, Reason and Countermeasure on Preemptive Registration Abroad of China Trademark

With rapid development and internationalization of China's enterprises,they encountered more and more obstacles from trademark barrier,which hindered their process of internationalization.Therefore,our enterprises need strengthen our own protective awareness for intellectual property and transact trademark registration overseas according to relevant international or regional agreement or law to choose proper agency.When the trademark was preemptively registered,the enterprise,government,trade association and media should deal with it together to decrease the economic loss for the enterprise.
