| 摘 要： | 当前,我国农村金融体系不完善,金融运行缺乏良好的内外部环境,基层政府的社会服务功能缺失,导致服务功能弱化,严重阻碍了农村金融生态融资的发展.营造农村金融生态环境,应构建完善的农村金融体系,柘宽农村金融机构职能,优化农村金融生态环境,增加金融资源的吸引力,规范民间融资功能,深化农村金融监管改革的宽度和深度,切实提升农村金融机构的经营管理水平.
