| 摘 要： | 金融学案例教学是以现实经济问题作为研究对象，有利于帮助学生正确理解抽象的金融学理论，可以提高学生的学习兴趣，培养和提高其综合素质与能力。金融学案例教学的内容十分丰富。组织方式多种多样，可以根据课堂教学的具体情况，采用穿插安排、小案例讨论、综合案例讨论、专题讨论等多种方式进行，并尽可能实现案例本土化，从而实现较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Case teaching in Finance, taking actual economic problems as subject investigated, will help students understand abstract fi- nancial theory correctly, increase their learning interest, and develop their comprehensive quality and ability with its rich content and various organization patterns. According to the situations of class teaching, we can take different methods, such as alternating teaching content, mini--case discussion, discussion on comprehensive case, seminar, etc., and make an effort to reach localization on the cases to achieve perfect teaching effect. |
