| 摘 要： | 煤炭企业多元化经营是煤炭企业发展到一定阶段的产物,是企业内外环境综合作用的结果。在循环经济模式下,走多元化经营发展道路是我国煤炭企业的必然选择。煤炭企业在实施多元化发展战略时,应围绕煤炭这条产业链做文章,大力发展煤炭的深加工、煤炭的能源转换及高载能产业,并依据自身的资源优势,在相关多元化基础上,做到统筹规划、把握时机、扬长避短、明确定位、不断创新、综合利用,培育核心竞争力,追求相关业务的规模增长。
