吉林省生物能源产业发展现状与对策

开发利用新能源和发展可再生能源,已成为我国调整能源结构,解决生态环境问题的国家战略。吉林作为农业大省,其农作物秸秆资源是潜力巨大的能源"富矿"。吉林省发展生物能源产业,应从转变思想观念,完善管理机制,明确指导政策入手,着重发展非粮原料的生物能源,建立生物能源产业原料基地,制定生物能源产业发展的产业政策,加强秸秆气化技术研究及推广,增大生物能源转化效益,大力推广生态文明建设。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Bio-energy Industry in Jilin

Development and use of new and renewable energy have become the national development strategy to adjust the energy structure and tackle problems relating to ecological environment.As a major province of agriculture,Jinlin is blessed with rich crop stalks,an enriched ore of tremendous potential.Starting by changing mentalities,improving management system,and mapping out guiding policies,the government shall give attention to developing bio-energy based on non-grain materials,establishing material bases,formulating relevant industrial policies,intensifying R&D and the promotion of stalks gasification technology,increasing benefits generated by the use of bio-energy,and popularizing sound ecological development.
