基于我国旅游电子商务瓶颈问题的对策研究

摘    要:目前,我国旅游电子商务发展中的问题主要存在于旅游电子商务的配套设备不完善;网民绝对数不断提高,但购买力不足;国内旅游企业涉足旅游电子商务程度低;国内具有完善功能的旅游企业服务的网站数量少等方面。政府应大力扶持旅游电子商务的发展,完善电子商务的宏观环境;发挥旅游企业的积极作用,实现规模化、网络化经营;加强旅游企业与交通部门合作,推行电子票务;加强银企合作,解决网上支付问题,同时,应保证网络安全。

Abstract:In the development of e-commerce in Chinese tourism,the accessory equipment of tourism e-commerce is imperfect;purchasing power is weak though the number of Netizens is increasing;the level of using e-commerce in Chinese tourism is low;the websites with perfect function are few.Hence,the government should devote major efforts to developing tourism e-commerce,improve the macro-environment of e-commerce,perform the active function of tourism to realize the operation of scale and network,strengthen the cooperation of tourism and transportation,advance electronic-ticket system,and strengthen the cooperation of banks and enterprises to solve the problem of on-line payment and guarantee the security of network.
