论国有银行运营机制的改革

国有商业银行近年来经营有了较大的改善。但没有进行根本上的改革 ,仍存在着资本充足率低、不良贷款率高、业务单一等问题。国有银行应采取综合治理的方法 ,准确定位、逐步改善银行业的业务结构和扩大业务范围 ,加强外部监督和内部控制 ,使国有银行真正成为具有良好盈利能力的金融企业。

State owned commercial banks have been changed a lot in recent years.It didn't reform from fundamentals,it still exists the problems of adequate assets but low rate,high bad debt rate,and the business is unitary.State owned banks should adopt the comprehensive administration ways,fixed the position accurately,improve the banks' business system and expand the business range,reinforce exterior supervision and interior control,make the state owned banks become a good profitable powerful financial enterprise.
