| Abstract: | Culture can orientate and help construction of industrial system,can develop enterprise culture.The manifestation of Heilongjiang culture consists of value orientation,mind,idea,strategic thinking,and system environment.The advanced culture will promote harmonious development of industrial system,and become core factors of economic competitiveness.We should employ and integrate pluralistic value of Heilongjiang culture,form scientific strategic thinking,and eventually construct harmonious industrial system with efficiency and quality. |
