校企合作共建实验室的探讨

校企联合共建实验室是建立在双方需求互补基础上的全新办学形式。现阶段,校企共建实验室的运行模式主要包括援助式共建模式、项目依托模式、教学型共建模式,以及优势互补型共建模式。目前,高校实验室队伍建设滞后,教学、科研实验室实验资源不足,实验室管理职责不清。针对这些问题,校企合作共建实验室应加大政府支持力度,建立合理的组织机构和激励与协调机制,完善校企共建实验室的管理机制,搭建校企合作的网络信息平台,以保证校企合作顺利进行,保持长期的合作关系。

Co-Constructed Laboratory by School-Enterprise Cooperation

Co-constructed laboratory by school-enterprise cooperation is a new educational form based on the complementary needs of the two sides.The operational co-construction modes consist of supportive mode,project-based mode,teaching mode and complementary advantages mode.Facing the problems in terms of backward construction team,lack of experimental resources in teaching and research laboratory,and unclear management responsibilities,schools and enterprises should request for more government support,establish a rational organization and incentives and coordination mechanisms,improve the management mechanism,and build network information platform in an effort to ensure smooth school-enterprise cooperation and maintain a long-term relationship.
