| 摘 要： | 订货策略的制定直接影响到库存费用，进而决定了利润的大小。针对易腐物品中冷藏食品的特性，构建交货期不定情况下的利润模型，并引入价格折扣机制，可以提出最优订货策略，即根据市场需求的变化以及价格等多方面因素，制定灵活的动态的订货时间，从而可保证企业利润最大化。

| Abstract: | The ordering strategy will influence inventory cost directly and determine the profit. According to the features of refrigerated food in perishable commodity, this paper aims to construct a profit model on condition of uncertain delivery time by introducing price discount system and present optimal ordering strategy, viz. determining flexible and dynamic ordering time according to the change of market demand and prices to guarantee the maximum profit for the enterprise. |
