| 摘 要： | 债券融资是企业在资本市场上进行直接融资的一种重要方式。债券融资成本高、风险大、公司治理结构不完善等原因,致使我国企业债券市场发展滞后。应建立企业债券市场化的管理模式、降低融资费用、优化公司治理结构、建立健全法律法规制度,以强化我国上市公司的债券融资。

| Abstract: | Bonds financing is an important way for the enterprise carries on direct financing in the capital market.The bond financing cost is high,the risk is big,the company ruling structure is imperfect.Such factors causes bond market in our country enterprise develop lag.Should establish a enterprise bond marketization management pattern,reduce the financing expense,optimized company ruling structure,establish perfect law regulations system to strengthen bond financing of our country's public company. |
