基于苏北地区的知青文化旅游开发实证研究

知青文化旅游是文化旅游与农业旅游结合深化出来的一种新型旅游方式。知青文化旅游已成为苏北地区乡村旅游产业结构调整的重要内容,吸引了大批外来旅游者。目前,苏北地区知青文化旅游存在着投资主体单一、无合理规划、缺乏可持续性和创新精神、营销手段落后、产品无特色等问题。苏北地区应加快改善生态环境,加大宣传力度,加强城乡文化交流,充分发挥旅游业的联动效应,有效开发苏北地区知青文化旅游产业,加快旅游产业结构调整和旅游文化产业的融合发展,保证苏北地区乡村经济可持续发展。

Empirical Study of Zhiqing Cultural Tourism Based on North Jiangsu

As a newly emerging tourism mode, Zhiqing cultural tourism comes after cultural tourism and agricultural tourism. It attracts many visitors to North of Jiangsu and becomes a key part of village tourism industry adjustment in North Jiangsu. At this point, it is chal-lenged by insufficient investors, lack of good planning, sustainability and innovation, and poor marketing and products. North Jiangsu should seek to improve the ecological environment and work harder on marketing and cultural exchanges between urban and suburb areas. By doing so, it can develop Zhiqing cultural tourism effectively, speed up tourism structural adjustment and integration between tourism and culture, and ensure a sustained economic development in rural areas of North Jiangsu.
