| 摘 要： | 区域汽车贸易规则是区域贸易协议的重要组成部分,其核心内容是确定区域内优惠关税。为了防止CKD生产方式,多数区域汽车贸易规则制定了汽车原产地规则。研究表明,区域汽车贸易规则对区域贸易特别是汽车零部件区域贸易产生了重大影响。

| Abstract: | The rules of regional automobile trade are an important part of RTAs. The core of the rules is defining the preferential tariff in the regions, and drawing up the rules of automobile origin on the basis of the rules of regional automobile trade in order to prevent CKD. The research shows that the rules of regional automobile trade have great influences on the regional trade, especially on the regional trade of automobile accessory. |
