中国企业跨国经营的“离岸化陷阱”

近年来国内企业兴起了一股离岸化发展的热潮,大批的企业特别是民营企业纷纷走出国门,在国际离岸金融中心设立离岸公司,并且利用海外注册的离岸公司对国内进行投资,在充分利用离岸金融中心的相关便利的同时也能享受国内的相关吸引外资的优惠政策。这种“走出去”模式虽然会使中国企业较快的融入世界经济,可是由于国内外相关政策法规的完善和国内外经济形势的变动,很有可能使这些企业陷入一种“离岸化陷阱”。

"Offshore Trap" in the Multinational Operation of Chinese Corporations

There is a tendency that many companies have been going abroad where it is very convenient to register and operate in recent years and the domination are offshore financial centers. There are many advantages for those companies if they do so, for example, they will be treated as foreign investors if they want to invest back in China. It seems that developing in offshore financial centers is a good way for Chinese companies to achieve their global goals, but as the variation in foreign and domestic economic situation and the completion of policy and legal system, those companies who aim to take advantages of offshore financial centers may be in great trouble.
