我国具有稀土资源优势。将稀土资源优势转化为经济优势,稀土产业步入循环经济的轨道,是我国稀土产业发展的目标。中国稀土资源超过世界工业储量一半,生产并销售了世界80%以上的稀土产品,但是,有很多附加值高、价格昂贵的稀土产品,中国的企业却没有生产加工权,因为这种生产权被外国的专利权所垄断。另外,我们也不拥有稀土产品的定价权,有人戏称稀土卖了个“土”价钱。这种局面与我国稀土产业结构、产品技术含量、出口管理等有着密切的联系。

Analysis on the Current Status of World Rare Earth Market and China's Countermeasures

It is well-known that China possesses the resource advantage in rare earth. It is the development target of Chinese rare earth industry to transform our resource advantage into economic edge and bring the said industry into the track of recycling economy. China has more than 50% of the world rare earth industrial reserves and produces and sells over 80 percent of rare earth products in the world market. However, the Chinese enterprises are not entitled to produce the rare earth products with a high value added and high prices because they don't own the patents monopolized by foreign corporations. In addition, Chinese enterprises don't own the pricing right. As a result, the price for our rare earth products is as low as the real"earth"level. This situation is closely related to the structure of rare earth industry, the technical content of products and the management of export in China.
