| 摘 要： | 本文基于投入产出表对相关指标的计算表明,20世纪90年代中后期以来,中国参与国际垂直专业化分工主要发生在资本技术密集型产业,而劳动密集型产业的垂直专业化分工水平较低。在国际垂直专业化分工发展日益深入的背景下,中国产业结构演进出现了新的特征,即产业间升级与产业内升级的背离。这意味着20世纪90年代以来中国产业结构的演进存在着"虚高"现象。本文的实证分析表明,这种产业结构的"虚高"现象与中国深度介入国际垂直专业化分工密切相关,国际垂直专业化对促进中国产业间升级具有积极作用,而对产业内升级具有阻碍作用。
