中国流通产业进入管制的理论评判和现实反思

本文基于传统经济理论将流通产业视为纯竞争性产业、政府无需进行干预的理论分析倾向,在概要评述代表性理论文献的基础上,认为目前中国有必要对流通产业实施适度的产业管制。文章以SCP为分析框架,对市场结构、市场行为及市场绩效作出了一些符合中国实际的理解,并对目前市场绩效低下的成因机制作出了梗概的说明。

Access Regulation of China's Circulation Industry: Theoretic Comment and Practical Consideration

Based on the traditional economic theory that circulation industry is of pure competitiveness and need not be intervened by the government, this paper synoptically comments on the representative literatures and thinks that moderate circulation industry regulation is needed in China. This paper uses the SCP analysis frame, gives some explanation in accordance with Chinese reality, and interprets the cause of the mechanism of poor market performance.
