| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区的快速推进使得区域内贸易不断扩大,区域社会总体福利不断改善。但是区域贸易自由化过程中过快的开放和过大幅度的降税会对某些特定地区和特定人群的生产、就业和收入造成一定的冲击。本文从关税理论出发,结合实地调研,以广西龙眼、荔枝产业为例,分析了中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展对当地龙眼、荔枝产业以及当地果农的生产、就业和收入造成的影响和冲击,并且根据分析结果提出了政策建议。
