| 摘 要： | 美国和欧盟是我国重要的贸易伙伴,也是对我国提起反倾销申诉比较多的国家和地区。本文对中国、美国和欧盟反倾销法的主要差异进行了比较研究,指出了中国与美欧反倾销法的分歧和冲突,以及中国反倾销法的若干不足之处,为完善我国的反倾销法提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The United States of America and European Union are both importa nt trade partners of China, they are also the countries and areas which appealed more anti-dumping cases to China. This paper researches on the main differences of the antidumping law between China, USA and EU, and points out the divergence and confliction of the antidumping law between them, the deficiency of China's antidumping law, in order to give some references to perfect the antidumping law of China. |
