| 摘 要： | 本文通过构建测度制造业产业结构合理化与高度化的指标,分析制造业对外直接投资对其产业结构优化的影响。研究结果发现我国制造业对外直接投资与其产业结构优化存在正相关关系,其中与高度化相关性较强,而稳健性检验表明制造业对外直接投资与其产业结构合理化存在长期稳定的关系,且前者是后者的格兰杰原因。制造业对外直接投资对产业结构的优化作用非常微弱,而制造业出口却阻碍了其产业结构优化。最后针对制造业面临的出口压力提出了政策建议。
