中日蔬菜贸易摩擦及启示

2000年以来,中日蔬菜贸易摩擦不断。本文在概述中日蔬菜贸易摩擦过程的基础上,从成因、依据、福利和应对四个方面对其进行了深入分析,并提出我国应积极运用世贸组织规则和国际惯例,妥善解决贸易摩擦问题、及时跟踪产品的有关信息,建立健全预警机制、建立与国际接轨的蔬菜产品质量标准体系,积极开拓国际市场、积极发展蔬菜行业协会,规范行业竞争秩序、不断强化主体意识,逐步提高企业应诉能力等应对措施。

Vegetable Trade Friction between China and Japan and its Revelation

Vegetable trade friction between China and Japan took place frequently since 2000. Inthis paper, the process of the friction is firstly described. Then it is dissected from the reasons, gist,welfare and answers. Lastly, the author suggested that WTO’s principles should be made good useof in order to settle the problems; that correlative information of vegetables should be followed intime, and preview monitoring system should be enhanced; that normative standardization of vegeta-bles quantity should be set up, and the vegetable export destination should be more and more multi-plex; that vegetable industry association must play an important role in keeping order in the compe-tition; that enterprises must be voluntary in litigation.
