对绿色壁垒的理性分析及发展走向初探

长期以来,人们对绿色壁垒存在着不同的看法。实际上,绿色壁垒可以分为善意的绿色壁垒和恶意的绿色壁垒。针对不同的绿色壁垒应采取不同的态度、不同的应对策略。随着全球经济的绿色化,绿色壁垒将成为更广泛、更隐蔽的贸易壁垒,那种寄希望于通过多边贸易谈判消除绿色壁垒的愿望是不切实际的。我国作为世贸组织的成员国,应顺应历史潮流,推进我国产业的绿色化建设,尽快完善我国绿色壁垒的法律制度。

The desirability that wish to destroy Green barrier through multilateral trade agreements is impractical. As a member of WTO, China should temporize and advance its Greenness building in order to perfect quickly China's law system of Green barrier.
