基于国际比较视角的进口可持续发展评价体系的构建与实证研究

根据可持续发展的内涵确立了进口贸易可持续发展评价的方向,即经济效益可持续、社会效益可持续、生态效益可持续,设计了一个具有三个维度的进口可持续发展评价体系,并选取了中国、德国、日本和美国四个国家在2000-2010年间(其中2000年为基期)的进口相关数据,结合进口可持续发展指数和评价分析框架进行计算与国际比较分析。实证结果表明:我国进口贸易可持续发展总体上具有优势并有强劲的后续动力,而进口社会效益子系统下美国和德国在考察的10年间具有较好表现,进口生态效益子系统下日本呈现出稳定的优势水平。

Construction of Import Trade Sustainable Development Evaluation System Based on International Comparison and Empirical Study

This paper establishes the direction of import trade sustainable de-velopment evaluation according to the connotation of sustainable development,that is,sustainable economic benefits,sustainable social benefits and sustainable ecological benefits.It designs import sustainable development evaluation system with three dimensions,selecting import-related data from China,Germany,Japan and the United States in the period of 2000-2010(in which 2000 as the base pe-riod),and it calculates and analyzes the combining import sustainable develop-ment index and evaluation analysis framework.It turns out to be that China’s import trade sustainable development generally has an advantage and a strong fol-low-up power;under import social benefits subsystem,the United States and Ger-many during that period have better performance;under import ecological bene-fits subsystem,Japan presents the stable advantage level.
