基于双边市场理论的第四方物流平台运营策略研究

摘    要:文章利用双边市场理论对第四方物流平台的定价问题进行了理论研究.第四方物流市场是典型的双边市场,具有明显的网络外部性.文章通过建立垄断和竞争两种模型研究了第四方物流服务平台的定价,并指出需求价格弹性、网络外部性、产品差异化是影响平台服务定价的主要因素,并通过传化物流的案例分析,提出了差别定价、匹配服务以及完善的综合平台的运营策略.
