| Abstract: | How the SMEs operate smoothly has become the central subject in both theoretical research and business practice.The dynamic capabilities are the key source for SMEs to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.Therefore,the operating mechanism of dynamic capabilities is worth studying.Entrepreneurs,the key learning agents of the SMEs,play the important part in the growing process of the firm.Entrepreneurial learning takes the important role in the operating mechanism of the dynamic capabilities. |
