| 摘 要： | 文章运用DEA模型对1978-2005年中国30个省、市的技术效率进行了全面的测度,并分析了各个时期内东部、中部、西部地区之间的技术赶超效应.文章创新性地引入异质生产可能集概念,将技术效率分解为资源利用效率和技术水平效率;同时也构造一个效率差异指数,对地区之间的追赶效应进行深入评价.总体而言,在过去的二十年间,我国的技术效率进步非常快,而且地区间的追赶效应也比较明显;但2001年后,我国的技术效率进步出现下降的趋势,地区间的追赶效应也出现了不利的波动.
