| 摘 要： | 我国住宅小区物业管理单位的选择普遍采用招投标的方法,但招投标过程中存在着一些问题需要改善.本文从目前常用的几种招投标办法入手,分析了方法的优缺点,最后对科学开展招投标提出几点建议,对相关工作人员有一定的借鉴作用.
