| 摘 要： | 工程造价管理在工程建设中越来越重要,文幸结合实际情况,从施工合同签订前后两个方面进行了分析,论述了在不同阶段对合同管理应有不同的侧重面和注意事项,强调了加强合同管理,以提高施工企业的经济效益.对控制工程造价具有一定借鉴作用.
