| 摘 要： | 随着现代金融业的不断发展,对金融人才的专业素质要求也不断提高.而金融学科是一门集理论、技能、实物为一体的综合学科,因此在金融教学活动中,金融实践课程有着课堂理论教育所无法代替的作用.本文就从教学目标的设定、课堂教学组织、改革实验课程内容、建设校外实习基地及完善考核评价等几个方面,谈谈金融学科实践性教学体系的改革.
