| 摘 要： | 电力系统通信的迅速发展使得系统内部通信设备越来越复杂,通信线路也越来越多,这就给通信资源管理特别是电路资源管理带来了严峻的挑战.这就要求针对电力通信资源管理的实际需求,在现有工作步骤及管理流程基础上,设计电力通信资源管理系统,以地理信息系统为基础,以图形用户界面的方式,为电力通信资源管理提供了一套全新管理思路和管理方法.系统采用模块化设计思想,将系统分为若干个功能模块,从而,实现电力系统通信资源自动化管理系统通过与光纤在线监测系统相结合,完成对整个电力系统通信资源的监测与管理.
