| Abstract: | The economic gross after changing district into city in the undeveloped regions are still lagged behing the developed regions, as in essence is the lack of the power and energy of economic development, in which specialty market is an important factor. While studying the construction of specialty market after changing district into city in undeveloped region, the focus should be placed on the power mechanism and difficulties. |
