东北装备制造业高级人才短缺的原因及对策

摘    要:东北有我国装备制造业的雄厚基础但缺少相应的高级人才 ,这是影响东北装备制造业快速和长远发展的根源所在。以信息化促进东北装备制造业的发展是东北三省“十五规划”的重要战略内容 ,装备制造业高级人才又是实现这一战略的关键。通过对装备制造业高级人才短缺的原因分析 ,借鉴国内外企业的成功经验 ,找出解决相应的对策。

The Solution to Shortage of Advanced Human Resources of Device Manufactuing in North East
Abstract:Though there is good infrastructure of device manufactuing in north east of china, the shortage of advanced human resources is the reason for limiting the development and prospect of device manufacturing in north east. To accelerate the develpment of device manufacturing in northeast with the Information Technology is the important strategy of the "tenth five-year plan". And advanced human resources can be viewed as the key to realize this strategy. With the analysis of the reason for the lack of device manufacturing and successful experiences of enterprises all over thd world, we could find out the corresponding solution.
