| 摘 要： | 北京的现代服务业不仅仅包括新兴的生产性服务业,还包括经现代化改造后的传统服务业。北京发展现代服务业具有得天独厚的比较优势,北京应当紧紧抓住新一轮国际产业转移的机遇做强、做大现代服务业,实现其快速发展,使北京成为国际现代服务业转移的承载地。发展北京现代服务业可从转换政府职能、产业结构优化和发展新兴服务业等方面思考。

| Abstract: | Modern servicing industry in Peking does not only include the newly arisen production servicing business,but also the modernization of the troditional servicing business.Beijing has the competitive advantages to develop modern servicing industry for abudant resources the opportunity of transferring new international industry transfer,international modern servicing industry transfer.The development of modern servicing industry in Peking can be the conrersion governmental function realized in terms of the industrial structure optimization and developing new servicing business. |
