| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度的筹资方式属于完全货币化的筹资方式,在市场经济快速发展的地区实施该筹资方式具有相当优势,但对西部贫困地区的地方政府尤其是农民个人来说,实施该筹资方式存在一定压力;而选择非货币筹资方式,则容易产生吸引力和号召力,增加农民收入和增强农民的支付能力,从而推动农村合作医疗的发展。

| Abstract: | The new rural cooperative medical service system belongs to the complete currency rural cooperative medical service system.Its implementation has the certain advantages in the area with highly developed market economy,but actually proves disadvantageous in the underdeveloped area.This seriously restricts the advance of the new rural cooperative medical service system.In this case non-currency fund-raising method can be more feasible in increasing farmer income and their payability.It will be a good method to promote rural cooperative medical service. |
