| 摘 要： | 四川民族文化生态旅游在具有得天独厚的资源优势的同时也存在人才素质滞后的现状。为了让有限的资源发挥出应有的经济效益和社会效益,要从开发、利用、保护好四川民族文化生态旅游资源,促进民族旅游持续发展角度,制定出资源与人才匹配的基本思路和发展对策。

| Abstract: | Inspite of the unique resource advantages, Sichuan has also talent disadvantages in the course of developing the cultural and ecological tourism. In order to achiene the best social and economic results, the paper raises some measures of improving talent resources in congruity to the protection and exploitation of the local cultural and ecolegical tourism resources. |
