The Research on Learning-orientated Organizational Construction in Chinese State-owned Enterprises

By analyzing Chinese state-owned enterprises'(SOE) leavying-orientated construction situation, the paper works out the findings the questionnaire created by Karen E.Watkins and Victoria Marsick. This questionnaire consists of seven dimensions of Learning-oriented Organization measured by 43 items and two dimensions of the consequent firm performance measured by 11 items.Through analyzing the data got from the investigation,it finds that the present situations of the SOE are far from their goals, most of which are still on the stage of quasi-learning organization, a few companies are on the stage of primary learning oriented organization.
