| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的快速发展,我国FDI流入量逐年增长,人们对生态环境的要求也越来越高。从2003年起,江苏省吸收FDI持续七年保持全国第一,FDI为江苏省带来了资金和技术,促进了本省的经济增长,同时也引发了人们对环境的关注。本文从江苏省吸收FDI的现状出发,运用1999-2008年江苏省的时间序列数据,对江苏省FDI实际利用量情况与"三废"排放量情况进行回归分析,发现江苏省的环境因FDI的大量流入而成正相关。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of reforming and opening,Chinese FDI inflow increases year by year,and people pay much attention to environment protection.Since the year of 2003,Jiangsu Province has been maintaining the first prize of using FDI.FDI brings the fund and the technology for Jiangsu Province.At the same time,FDI causes people′s concern,too.This article embarks from the present situation of Jiangsu′s FDI and uses time-series data on Jiangsu Province during 1999-2008 to analyze the relationships between FDI and three categories pollution indicators.Through the analysis,we find that the quality of Jiangsu′s environment become more serious because of the FDI massive inflows. |
